of $399.00, (Closing
package) we will handle the following for you:

coordinate inspections, radon and appraisal
appointments with you. |

Verify pre
approval on the buyer's mortgage |

Order title
insurance on your behalf |

Order your
mortgage payoffs |

Set a closing
time with you and the buyer |
 |
Put you in
direct contact with your title company so you
can see and review your closing statement at
least 24 hours prior to closing. |
